Spectrum Services, Inc. (SSI) is seeking opportunities to provide intraoperative monitoring services. Our scope, as a neurodiagnostic company, is to obtain and analyze neurophysiologic data while continuously reporting these results to surgeons in a manner consistent with ABRET guidelines. All cases are monitored via real time connection to an electrodiagnostically trained neurologist. Even though SSI is in its infancy, its chief salesperson and neurophysiologist, Kevin Ray, has managed cases since 2005. This veteran of IOM has monitored many types of procedures from AVM to dorsal root rhizotomy. SSI will use the following modalities:
